    Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had lol. We ordered Quesaritos- idk what the heck we received but it wasn’t correct. No hot sauce with our order either even though we asked for it, and received a sugar free Mountain Dew that tasted so bad.

    I don't know who the shop owner is, but I want to say that today I saw a young girl working there, and the food had been ready for over 30 minutes. I asked her to give me the food since it was ready, but they completely ignored our request. What kind of people are you employing? I'm telling you, the shop owner, quickly dismiss these people and hire some competent staff.

    Absolutely RANCID fryer oil at this location. I ordered nachos tonight and the flavor of the chips was so bad, it made the entire meal completely inedible. Some of the chips were darker colors and greasy, and those tasted the worst. This is not the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell location. The flavor tastes like the most stale chip you've ever had, then multiplied by 50. Additionally, the service at this location is always slow, even when they have many people working. The other TB I visit in Manhattan does not have these issues. I will not be coming here anymore.

    Food is fine, but this store is terrible at packing online orders. Sauce packets are always missing, and something in the bag is almost always wrong. Needs better attention to detail. Please double check orders!!!!
