- JSJohn SteeleDec 27, 20251.0Spend $20 for a burger and tenders. No sauce for my tenders offered. Tenders were crispy on the outside and dry on the inside( overcooked). The burger was a double bacon BBQ burger, no BBQ sauce on the burger. Burger was dry and the only reason why I ate it was because I waited so long for it and was hungry. I waited damn near 40 minutes for my food and saw others who ordered after me get their food in front of me.My wife had warned me about this place and honestly wished I listened and went to Wendy’s where at the very least my order would’ve been correct. There seems to be a lot of mediocrity in terms of the quality food and service in this part or Brooklyn and this place only validates that experience. In closing, I have just purchased a ninja grill due this experience and will be making my own burgers moving forward.

After multiple drivers came and left waiting for the order, I attempted to call the restaurant. No answer. I was then told by the Doordash driver that someone took my food, and the order was cancelled by Smash Burger. It may be a nice place to go if you go in person, but not delivery EVER AGAIN!
