I tried to reorder using the App special 20 piece nugget with 40% off. I waited 15 minutes to reuse special but now its gone it said I used it but never got it. Manager did not help or try to help

I know I should be going someplace else for coffee like a Starbucks or a Dunkin' Donut and not a McDonald's. As for the cookies, it's hard to understand how they could get that wrong. It's really disappointing especially since the cookies are $1.19 each.
