I can’t believe how atrocious the customer service was. They need to shut down. I genuinely can not believe how bad this service was. My family was starving and we could not get any food. It makes me sick to my stomach how they claim to be fast food but nothing about their services is fast at all.

Horrible customer service. I waited for a small black coffee meanwhile it was already prepared. Upon asking, she didn’t even bother to check and just said “YEAH IT’S COMING.” I was trying to catch someone else’s attention because she already had a horrible demeanor. Thankfully, someone else helped AND she had a better attitude.
