One time they were out of ketchup and I always get a lot of ketchup with my order and they went and filled up an empty Cheese Burger box with ketchup they had from one of their machines instead of leaving me hanging. Nice location and atmosphere, mostly peaceful families eating with their kids and teenagers coming home from school/practice.

They literally have someone standing in the front by the kiosk to show people how to use the machine but when you get to the counter to pick up order, there’s no one is there you have to wait for orders that you ordered ahead of time to avoid this situation and then when you do get Your food or my case my coffee they stole the McDonald’s sticker. This is super petty. I know this is Bushwick. I was raised and I love it, but this is the petty as as it comes stealing McDonald’s peels
