  ⭐ 1-Star Review McDonald’s – Coney Island I visited this McDonald’s about two days ago, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The place was extremely dirty — tables were sticky, floors messy, and the toilets were in terrible condition. You can’t even use the bathroom without finding someone to unlock it, and it feels like you’re asking for access to a restricted area. When I ordered coffee, it came out barely warm. I asked for it to be hot, and instead of making a fresh one, they put the cup in a microwave to heat it up. That’s absolutely unacceptable for a place like McDonald’s. The staff looked unprofessional, laughing and playing around instead of working. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unpleasant. Honestly, this is the lowest level of service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s — completely disappointing.

  Either Lost or Canceled 1 of my mobile app order, they may have a new renovation, but still trash place I remember as a child, stepping foot in here now feels like being in a prison, you are surround by a bunch of walls, with no humans around.

  This branch is truly disappointing. We bring our kid here almost once every week on a regular basis and their chicken nuggets and fries are always subpar. They often taste like they are fried with old oil. The chicken nuggets are always over done and dry, the fries are usually NOT crispy and not hot but soggy. Mind you this is eat in so everything should taste decently freshly made. During this summer, the AC didn't work properly for many weeks so it was hot when dining in. Also toward the end of summer they raised their Happy Meals by about 2 dollars. We thought this was across the board but neighboring McDonalds did not raise their price. Place is also often a mess and not clean. Service is usually slow, sometimes waiting 30 min for your order. Seems like the only thing good about this branch is it's location. We only come because my kid wants the Happy Meal but may need to travel further to avoid this place.
