I tried to redeem a valid McDVoice survey code, and the manager told me it ‘cannot be used because I ordered through the mobile app.’ This is completely false. The McDVoice survey literally asks whether the order was placed by mobile app, kiosk, or counter, so claiming that mobile orders make the reward invalid is either a lie or pure incompetence. The manager clearly has no idea how the store’s own system works and tried to cover it up with a made-up rule. If the person in charge doesn’t understand basic McDonald’s policies, no wonder the customer experience is so poor. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
