    their foot qualities is very bad. Also, the staff are very rude . They don't have their customer. Also, they always ignore the customer if you order it online and you want to pick it up their behavior like you are nothing. they are trying to play with customer.. I will never come in this restaurant again.

    I experienced a disturbing refusal of service 12/10/2025 at this location’s delivery pickup window that warrants immediate internal review. During the midnight shift from 10pm-5am. Despite having multiple employees on shift and no staff shortage, customers were left standing in the cold at the pickup window with no assistance. I pressed the service bell repeatedly as a long line formed outside, yet staff continued laughing and playing inside, ignoring both the bell and every waiting customer. When someone finally came to the window, they still refused to hand over my paid-for order, even though it was visibly ready. This forced me to reach for the bag only because staff would not perform the basic function of passing customers the items they purchased. All I wanted were the items I ordered. If staff did not wish to fulfill the order, they should have issued a refund or provided the items rather than refusing service after accepting payment. When I showed my receipt and reached for it, the manager closed the window on me and made mocking gestures through the glass. It was especially concerning that this conduct came from someone in a leadership position, raising serious questions about professionalism and training at this location. The only reason I remained at the window was to receive the drink that came with my meal—an item staff refused to hand over simply because I retrieved the food that was already sitting ready. This entire situation could have been avoided had they simply given me the drink I paid for instead of escalating the interaction unnecessarily. Even after verifying my receipt, they continued refusing service and ignored other customers waiting in line. I made no physical contact with anyone and only reached for the bag because staff refused to perform their basic duties, deliberately withholding a paid-for order rather than handing it over. Another employee then claimed not to speak English to avoid assisting me, despite working in a direct customer-facing role and having previously communicated with customers in English. Her visible amusement while doing so made the conduct even more unprofessional and concerning. The staff’s behavior repeatedly escalated the situation instead of resolving it, and appeared focused on provoking frustration rather than providing a simple, verified order. This reflects a serious breakdown in customer-service standards and raises major concerns about safety, accountability, and management oversight at this location. There was no valid reason I was denied my drink or proper service, and I have formally reported this incident to corporate. My frustration came from the fact that staff were deliberately refusing to give me the order I had already paid for, choosing to escalate the situation rather than resolve it. Their actions made it clear they were more interested in provoking a reaction than providing basic service — especially since another employee later handed me my drink immediately, proving there was never any legitimate reason to withhold it. At no point was I seeking any confrontation. I only wanted to receive the items I paid for, but the staff’s dismissive and disrespectful behavior — including their refusal to give me the drink I purchased — created a situation that never should have occurred. Eventually, an uninvolved employee handed me the drink I had been waiting for—clearly recognizing that I only wanted the item I had already paid for so I could leave. I left immediately once it was provided, which only further highlights how unnecessary and avoidable this entire conflict was. Staff responsible chose to withhold a paid-for item after accepting payment, creating a situation that never should have occurred.
