    I used my rewards points to order a cheeseburger for pick up. After returning to my office, I discovered a sunflower seed shell in wrapper. This should never !!! happen in a food service environment. Management needs to review staff practices and overall service standards.

    Great service and excellent cleanliness! I had a very positive experience visiting this McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-organized everything was. The dining area, tables, and floors were spotless, and the restrooms were also very well maintained, which is extremely important for a fast-food restaurant. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. They greeted customers with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was correct. Even during a busy period, the team worked efficiently and handled the flow of customers without any issues. My order was prepared fast, and the food was fresh, hot, and nicely presented. Overall, this McDonald’s truly stands out for its high level of service and cleanliness. You can clearly see that the management pays close attention to details and customer satisfaction. I felt comfortable and welcomed during my visit and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
