Even after placing our order online in advance, we were forced to wait over 25 to 30 minutes just to pick it up. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What made this experience unacceptable was the behavior of the night shift manager, who was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when we pressed the bell to ask about our order. There was no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency and had the nerve to say you’re gonna get your food when you get your food. To leave customers standing outside on a freezing night in New York City with no consideration for the weather or the excessive delay shows a serious lack of customer care and management oversight. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a complete failure in service and professionalism. This location clearly has issues with leadership, accountability, and basic customer service standards. I strongly urge corporate management to investigate this location and address the conduct of the night shift manager, as this experience does not reflect McDonald’s brand or values.

- FDFlex DiazDec 15, 20251.0Unprofessional 12/15/25 @ 1 am had an incident picking up a uber eats order. In the app it says if the lobby is closed go thru the drive thru. I went to the drive thru and was told to go to the pick up window. I stated in the app it say go to drive thru. She say I don't care. That wasn't professional. Their wasn't even any customers at the time being. When i went to pick up window was told by female with glasses that they dont have my order without even knowing the customer name. I said you don't know the name and she replied they not servicing me. Customer service awful. I won't recommend anyone to go there at night.
