    I go here bc its the only one here I places an order for delivery via the app and im missing my two apple pies my cookies were smashed and my fries were soggy had no salt and I had to reheat it. They forget to put stuff from your order in person and via delivery im so over them

    the food is ok when i go. ive tried many things and its all just standard mcdonalds food. they NEVER have milkshakes here, it sucks. the service is questionable, i would try to order it to stay and have it delivered to my table but theyd make me pick it up because "no one was here to deliver it". sometimes there is someone, thankfully. there is limited seating and they closed off the other section for some reason. really pointless if you ask me. long wait line for kiosks sometimes, and barely any table tents. sometimes they forget to give you items too, like i asked for ketchup and she was like i gave you ketchup but ill give you more. the bag did not have any ketchup lmao. lastly, their age policy is stupid. i understand maybe banning highschoolers/minors because they are unsupervised children but i dont even know how its legal to ban under 20s. there are colleges nearby that need a quick bite to eat. you arent serving alcohol, it makes zero sense. do better.

    It’s a hit or miss. Your best bet is to go when it’s busy. Yes you may wait a while but at least your food will be fresh. I usually go around night time. Once, it wasn’t busy, the customer service was good but I got stale food. When it’s busy, I notice that’s when they mess up orders. Last week, they forgot my snack wrap that I paid for. I didn’t realize until after I got home & it was 11pm by then. Last night, I went around 10:30, it was busy. I ordered the $6 meal deal with the McDouble and they gave me a mcchicken instead. So that’s twice that I’ve paid extra and didn’t get my food.
