    I am very disappointed in this McDonalds. Every time I order something to eat, the food always comes out wrong or we are missing items. Not once have I got exactly what I ordered. On top of that they charge for dipping sauce that they don't include in the bag. With the economy the way it is , I feel it is really unfair to not get what I pay for. And why is the food always cold. I'm to the point where I'm not going to order from this McDonalds or any other McDonalds.

    I placed a pickup order through the McDonald’s app over 20 minutes before arriving, using two promotion codes for a cheeseburger and a drink. The order was supposed to be ready for pickup inside, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes while four different employees (including the cashier and three people handling orders) acted like my order didn’t exist. They insisted a payment was required, even though the app clearly showed no payment necessary for the promotions. I had to call a supervisor just to get my food, and only after nearly an hour did they finally bring it out. When I finally got my order, the food was cold, soggy, and completely tasteless. it seemed undercooked and had no seasoning at all. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s or fast-food place. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care.
