    I had a very upsetting experience at this location. I went to order three meals, but the employee insisted that I had only ordered two. When I calmly explained that it was three orders and told them I didn’t mind paying the difference or waiting, the employee became extremely rude. She accused me of lying, said she did not care, refused to correct the order, told me to go around, and then slammed the window shut. The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. This experience has left me very disappointed and concerned about the customer service at this location. This happen on 01/08/2026 at 6:22 PM

    I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food and when I said something some lady has the nerve to speak to me disrespectfully like it was my fault that my food was sitting in the back for that amount of time.

    I came at night and the staff is very bad. It doesn't work, it behaves badly, it's terrible, I've never seen such a service. That's why I gave it one star for all of them.

    I am very disappointed in this McDonalds. Every time I order something to eat, the food always comes out wrong or we are missing items. Not once have I got exactly what I ordered. On top of that they charge for dipping sauce that they don't include in the bag. With the economy the way it is , I feel it is really unfair to not get what I pay for. And why is the food always cold. I'm to the point where I'm not going to order from this McDonalds or any other McDonalds.
