Do I have to check my bag before I leave every McDonald's? This is the third order I've placed at a third McDonald's in the area where I live and I'm missing something every time.

Today, around 3:45 a.m. at the McDonald’s on Palmetto Avenue (Gates Station, Brooklyn) I had a very disappointing experience with the supervisor/manager on duty. I went to pick up an order, and even though the store closes at 4:00 a.m. and there were still cars being served in the drive-thru, she refused to take my order in a very rude and hostile manner.
I politely explained the situation and even lined up as if I were in a car, but her response was unnecessarily aggressive.
I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect a minimum level of respect and professionalism towards customers. I hope McDonald’s management reviews this case, as this is not the image people should have of the brand.

They didn't pack my food correctly. Everything was put in one bag. I questioned why tge packed it tgat way i couldn't verify my order and the girl who was in the drive through window was very rude. So i left to get away from the rudeness and i realized they Forgot some items like the 20 piece deal with the cheeseburgers. A foot ball deal. It was supposed to be packed in it's own carton. A had to return To retrieve my order . This is the worst ever .McDonald's has to do better.!
