I asked the cashier, her attitude and service were super bad and terrible. I asked how do I pay with my rewards, I have 420points. She seems did not know and she said something that my rewards didn’t unlock yet ,she used my phone and click the page, then my 300points disappear. She did not know how to used the app. I don’t want to waste time I pay with my credit card.When I looked back the app the page reward is showing on the app. She said she needs to take another customer. How can you treat your customers like that. Never ever want to go to this store again.

- AAatika achoualJan 20, 20261.0This is not my first bad experience at this location, but this one really disappointed me. I ordered a hot chocolate and a donut. After paying, I asked if the hot chocolate came with whipped cream. I was told it costs extra, which was totally fine I said I could pay the difference. Instead of helping, the ASIAN cashier responded rudely and said she couldn’t charge me because I had already paid and didn’t know how to add the 75 cents. Her tone was disrespectful and dismissive, and she made me feel uncomfortable over something very simple. Mistakes or misunderstandings happen, but there’s no excuse for treating a customer poorly, especially when the customer is willing to pay. The interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t my first negative experience at Dunkin. However, I’ve been to the Dunkin location on 1980 a few blocks away, and the service there was completely different the staff was kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend that location instead. Dunkin really needs to work on customer service and proper cashier training at this store.
