  I placed a mobile order on a Monday at 10am, early in the day. I walked into the store and the associate let me know they did not have blueberry muffins (I used my reward points on the muffin), she kindly offered me a different pastry instead, though I declined because I dislike the rest of the offerings. Both associates had great customer service, it wasn’t until I requested the manager to give me a refund that a problem would occur. She explained to me that she could not refund the points and that I would have to call customer care, I called customer care and was put on hold in the store for 15 min, making me late to work. The manager reluctantly offered me 2 donuts and I said I just wanted my reward back, this is where she got heated and raised her voice at me. I told her that I would Finnish my call to get my reward back and take the offer for 3 donuts, she scuffed and walked away and said she only offered 2. I don’t understand how giving me 3 donuts would be such an issue considering the case of donuts was full, it is roughly the same price and also just basic customer service considering I was on the phone with customer care for 15 min and just wanted my points and reward back. I feel scammed and disrespected. None of this has to do with her associates, they were all very kind, this only has to to with the manager that was working Monday 3/9/26 at 10am.

  The points were already deducted from my account and I have proof. If your system cannot see it, that is a problem with your system, not mine. It's ridiculous how I wait there half of hour to explain this situation and still didn't get my food. And the staff didn't even try to solve this situation just tell me to reorder from the app. You take away the points and tell me to reorder? This's the only Dunkin that I have problems with.

  I am not sure why, but this place insists on drowning my drink in cream. If you go to any other Dunkin and order the same thing, it will never look like what they give you. I ordered a large drink with 1 creamer, and it came out white. I watched them pour at least half the drink just cream before a drop of coffee was added at the end. I’ve even sent back drinks and told them it was too much cream and even when they reduced it, jt was still double what another other shop would serve. Kinda bizarre but frustrating for sure.

  Don’t ever go to this Dunkin in a rush. They had one employee doing everything and it took 15 minutes to get one coffee.

  This Dunkin is probably one of the worst I’ve gone to. You place a mobile order, go to pick it up and they are always missing something. The manager or whoever is in charge should learn how to place orders so they’re not short on items. Not to mention, customer service is awful.
