  Probably the best team I’ve ever seen in a café. All were amazing and Michael, our waiter, exceptional. They went above and beyond with genuine kindness and care for every customer. I work as a mystery shopper in restaurants and haven’t seen anything like this before. They made everyone feel special. The owner and manager are truly lucky to have such an amazing, professional team; it’s so rare to find this level of service these days! Everything was super clean, quick, and delicious!!!

  This place is ok, but not spectacular. We came here for brunch and wanted to use inkind for payment…I wish we would have known prior that the only way to pay with inkind is to pre order through the app. We ordered a breakfast burrito, the egg scramble and a side of pancakes. My egg scramble was extremely spicy given the chili flakes and other sauce they use. The avocado tasted great with the seasoning they applied. I couldn’t finish all of it because it was quite a bit of food and just too spicy. Partner had the burrito and was satisfied with the taste and portion. We both had a Laird mocha which I prefer cold and he preferred hot. Lastly were the pancakes which were decent for what they were. We didn’t have to wait at noon on a Saturday. Service was a little slow. We were there for a total of 65-75 minutes. Overall we were just disappointed that they didn’t take inkind in the store. Food was decent, but nothing special.

  I just wanted 25 minutes for a protein smoothie and when I got it it was water, dates, and mostly ice. When I went back in before I could even say anything the person working shouter “I don’t have the time to make you a new one” and just stared at my hoping that I would just leave I guess? Well obviously that didn’t happen, before he started riling himself up more I'm called his coworker over to give me a refund, I come here all the time after solid core. Never again

  Bluestone Lane is an incredibly nice cafe for breakfast or brunch. They offer dine in or take out. Comfortable seating with table service. They have a nice offering of hot and cold beverages including lattes, protein drinks and fruit smoothies. I had the banana bread and my wife had the bacon, egg and cheese croissant 🥐. The peanut butter blueberry smoothie was fantastic as was the pumpkin latte. This is our new favorite breakfast place in Dumbo, and we will definitely be back.

  Come for the breakfast and lunch, stay for the really nice cafe vibes, non-standard drinks, and super friendly, helpful service. I've eaten at this Bluestone location a few times now and it's been terrific every time. Although avocado smash (on toast) and granola + yogurt + fruit sound "basic," they really stood out as being especially good. The lemon ricotta pancakes don't show up on some of the older pictures of the menus submitted by Google reviewers so don't miss them, either. Every single employee has been super friendly and accommodating. I've gotten samples of drinks I wasn't sure about as well as a creative cocktail for breakfast. Shout out to Erhan in particular for helping me so much on a particularly long morning after a red eye flight and before a day-long appointment.
