- CNCj NinebotOct 26, 20251.0Do not go to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin’ Donuts. The employees here will try to scam you. I placed a mobile order for a 3-scoop sundae and even paid extra for an additional topping, but the rude employee told me, “That’s not what you get,” and only gave me a basic 3-scoop ice cream (or frostbite). I didn’t feel like arguing with such a classless employee. Dunkin’ Donuts corporate should take this location back from the franchise owner, who only seems to hire his/her own people for personal benefit. I know for a fact the owner here won’t do the right thing — so don’t waste your money at this store.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
