  Tug Hill Beef has been great. The quality of beef is unlike I've had anywhere else. The ordering process and customer service was fantastic. Organized and easy. Will definitely order again sometime.

  Hands down the best beef we have ever had! So tender and juicy with the perfect amount of marbling. The process of ordering a half a cow was simple from beginning to end. Everything was custom cut and perfectly packaged. Will definitely order again!

  I recently started searching for a local red meat company/wholesaler in the Watertown, NY area to stock my freezers. I am a huge advocate and believer in quality red meat being some of the most superior foods man can eat, so I found Tug Hill Beef and wanted to give them a try...boy am I glad that I did!! This company is PHENOMENAL, where to begin? Firstly, I'll state that I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Micah, and his father to pick up my orders and explain some of the information behind their products. It is fascinating to me, and I truly enjoy learning about the process! The people behind Tug Hill Beef are incredibly thoughtful and genuine... they really care about their customers' needs and providing such delicious beef!! The meat itself is the best I've ever had, bar none. All cuts and types of steaks I've tried are extremely tender and 'melt in your mouth' soft. I really love the tenderloin and ribeye/strip steaks with some sea salt and butter...can't go wrong there. Anyway, this organization and their people deserve some recognition, as I am not one to post reviews often. However, this is truly warranted over some delicious food and exceptional people making it totally worth the expense and effort to use Tug Hill Beef as my ongoing supplier!

  My wife & I have been buying freezer beef for over 25 years now, most orders have been with a friend & neighbor who was also raising a (hungry) family at the time- we almost always got good beef at good prices. After a couple of BAD freezer beef experiences we were looking for someone with some really good beef at good prices (price was never the bigger sellpoint where quality was concerned) and we found Tug Hill Beef. This is the best looking, and most importantly, the best tasting beef we have ever bought, great job Tug Hill (and thank you Micah!) We are sold! for future beef orders we are going with the best at Tug Hill Beef!

  The best beef I have ever had! The steaks are like butter, the roasts are delicious and fall apart they are so tender. You know the burger is great when you can tell the difference in tacos. Burgers don't shrink up. I am excited to grill up more steaks and burgers this summer and enjoy it with friends and family! Thank you Tug Hill Beef for an exceptional quality product and an excellent customer service experience!
