After waiting over an hour for our order, the DoorDash driver—hired by Pizza Hut to deliver—contacted us to say the order had been canceled. I called the phone number listed on their website and was routed to a call center, where I was told I’d be transferred to the local store. After being on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, I finally drove to the location myself. When I arrived, the assistant manager, Hunter S., informed me that their store doesn’t answer phone calls at all. She also told me our order had been canceled, but couldn’t explain why, especially since it had been canceled before they even began preparing it. At no point did the store make any effort to contact us about the cancellation or offer any solution. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was astonishing. I will not be ordering from this location again.
