  Did you notice no stars selected if there was some way I can share my video of how poorly this location is I would definitely let the video speak for its self. Still waiting for a call back from our visit 2 days ago. Food absolutely disgusting 🫣 service absolutely the worst listing to the customer make sure you got order correct not once but I times still got it wrong. The lady in my video definitely needs to be fired.

  First off, let me state that I have had good experiences at this one as well. I have come used to having to be told to pull to a spot to park because I work in the shopping center and every time I order they have me pull around and park and wait for my food. It’s usually out reasonably quick today. I get a half an hour lunch today. It was 35 minutes by the time I went through the line parked I couldn’t park where they told me too cause that spot was actually full. I waited and finally was able to park not in the places they wanted me to, but in a parking spot. I kept watching them bring food out to people and only like two of these people were in line ahead of me. I finally got the attention of the girl bringing out some of the orders and she came over and she asked me what my order was and I told her and she said do you have a receipt? I said no I threw it in the trash, I’ve never had to have it before and she looked and she said OK. I don’t have your order and then she went to go deliver those orders to the people that they were. She proceeded to come in and out like two maybe three times as well as a guy came out once or twice, I’m watching as all the cars that were behind me are getting their food and leaving as I’m still waiting. The guy started to go back in and I called him over and I asked him about my food and like do we know when it’s gonna be because I only have a half an hour lunch and now I have 40 seconds left on the lunch and he told me he would go in and check I waited probably another three minutes and ended up getting out of the car and going inside and waited and waited at the counter where I guess if you’re Uber driver or something you would pick up the food. No one ever acknowledge me. No one ever asked if I needed help but I did finally see the girl about three minutes later I’m walking around that have been trying to help me outside and she went to hand me the food and said I’m sorry about your weight and I told her why you know now I don’t have time to eat it. I only have a half an hour lunch and now I’m late coming back from from lunch. She said you know we’re just super busy right now and I said yes I can see you’re very busy and I understand that I said, except that all the cars that were behind me in line got their food and I never got my food.

  Food is below average. The customer service not the best the managers are the worst ever, I don’t know how they have managers like that working here. They don’t serve French fries all the way up and plus I saw the most disgusting thing ever, I saw a big rat running by the lobby while waiting for my order so UNSANITARY! Don’t even go in the afternoon not recommended it’s full of high schooler making a mess.
