- SBSonia BourqueNov 17, 20252.0I understand it was a long wait after school but I asked if they had a strawberry pie available and after a little bit, she came back and told me she did, so I ordered one and proceeded to pay. Had they not had it, I would have ordered a mini McFlurry instead. After paying in the 1st window, I was told in the second window for pick up that they didn’t have the pie I ordered and confirmed they had! And they were out of coke. He proceeded to tell me someone ordered 6 of those pies so they ran out. I told him she had checked and charged me for it because supposedly they had it, so I asked for a refund and to get a McFlurry instead. They didn’t have ice cream either! So a senior said she had already packed a different pie in my bag (without asking) so I grabbed it and returned it. I had to wait for my refund and by the time I got home, realized that they never gave me my replacement drink. Over all, very disorganized and I was angry with the “you get what you get” action of the wrong pie in my bag then asking for it back. You’re supposed to get what you paid for. And then no drink for my meal! Just sucked to not get what you ordered, the lack of communication between the employees and customer service today.
