  There is a white manager serving lady ash blonde hair pulled back in ponytail that i saw spit in fries and gave attitude about me trying to order food upfront instead of kiosh. She wrks there at night around 1030pm ann rd and simmons crossing.. jan 6 2026 was the day i came..same issue. I will report her

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. This place use to be good, not sure what happened. My food was not cooked all the way through even my fries were frozen and was served cold, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, my order was wrong. When you’re paying for a quick, reliable meal, this is the bare minimum that should be met. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon unless there’s a serious improvement in food quality and order accuracy.

  This is the most expensive McDonald’s in the area by far. Go to one down the street and your meal will be like $5 cheaper.

  I ordered an Uber eats order it was a pretty big order. 75 bucks worth. Anyway my Uber driver only delivered 1 drink and 2 small fries literallyafter an hour. I call they tell me if I can come pick it up they will remake my whole entire order. So I go pick up my order I get home and again half my order is missing. They didnt even remake my food they just reheated re fried everything so nasty old reheated and nasty. 4 big macs 4 fries and 40 chicken nuggets 3 hot and spicys and a coke and it couldn't even get done the correct way. So disappointed. But what do I really expect OH YA A refund for everything would be nice. Never again. The manager on duty was very rude as well trashy. Do better mcdonald's

  I came through drive through tonight, trying to explain to the lady who was taking my order that the app had taken my points before I could give them the code and in the middle of me telling her about it , she cuts me off and tells me “ma’am, I don’t know.” As if she was rushing me or brushing me off . So I place my order, and when I get to the window, I noticed she had on a manager shirt , so I asked “ was that you that took my order at the speaker , she says “yes” .. I ask her name and instead of giving it to me she says “why?” So I asked again , and she claims her name is Shelby. She hands me my food and heavy handedly closes the window. Very rude, and very distasteful. She needs some customer service skills.
