  They literally damaged my car seat I didn’t realize that they drenched the sandwiches and hash browns in the grease on purpose all because I ordered on the (mobile app) because I knew I wasn’t going to make it to the drive thru in time for breakfast so I thought to myself this is convenient. I got there and they said no you didn’t make it in time and I said well that’s the whole point why it’s paid for before I arrive. I get told to go to the second window and the lady there is rude, doesn’t even say hi nothing like I’ve done something to ruin her day. She says to someone what did they order? She comes to be tell me to park, I said no because you guys are going to leave me there for 20mins. I have places to go that’s the whole reason why I thought this was convenient, but it turned out to be the worst mistake I’ve ever made. 0 star.

  Came here on my lunch twice(separate occasions), normally never had an issue. Last time I was missing my free 10 pc nugget and lost 6k points I couldn't complain cause I had to go back to work. This time I waited 20 mins @ curbside and had to go inside to get my food. There was A LOT of people waiting to receive help for various issues from missing items to wanting full refunds. After a lot of people asked for management the woman finally showed up. She asked who's missing an order I showed her my order and let her know I was curbside. She yelled towards her staff asking why it was taking long and so on. It just seems like she didn't even know what was going on until she was summoned, its a dinner rush in a fast food restaurant you should be helping your staff and be just as confused as they are. She yelled saying to get me 2 ranch snack wraps I said it was spicy and she yelled saying spicy and they I finally... after waiting my whole 30 min lunch got my food. We'll the food in question was wrong. They still gave me ranch snack wraps not only that the tortilla was dried out and brittle. I attempted to take a bite and the chicken was just as dry and hard to chew. I just ate my fries and went back to work. I will not be coming back to this location. The staff have no communication or teamwork in skills just a lot of complaints and not a lot of working.

  Food quality is inconsistent, its 2025 get this train on track with the other franchise owners.

  They have higher priced items compared to other locations. The inside is a complete mess. All orders must be done via kiosk which make all employees stay in the back and avoid any customer at all cost. If you need anything you need to ask an employee as the rush by and that's if they hear you.

  I waited for forty minutes for a curbside order And on top of that, I had to go inside to ask. Where the hell it was at? Did he even come out and tell me a mistake? Was made so I had to stand there and wait for them to remake. It inside and then on top of that. They didn't offer to comp or anything... This has got to be the worst. McDonald's in the city of Las Vegas. I avoid this one usually
