  Staff is very unprofessional! Using profanity and yelling in the back. Order placed and argued back and forth about things on the app that aren't true! Management is trash

  ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable — health and management failure This is one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had, and it’s entirely due to poor management. Manager Maribel was openly rude and disrespectful to both customers and her own employees. The way she spoke to staff was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable, hostile environment. What made this even worse — and frankly unacceptable — was witnessing her eat food and then immediately handle customer food without washing her hands. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. Watching a manager ignore basic food safety standards completely destroyed any trust I had in this location. Customer service was dismissive, staff looked stressed, and cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not being enforced from the top down. This is a serious health concern, not just bad service. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge corporate to investigate the management practices at this location before someone gets sick.

  This meal made me smile for the first time in a long time. Fresh? Yes. Delicious? Yes. Ear-to-ear smile from everyone behind the counter? Yes. I will be back for perhaps every day of 20216.

  I came today to pick up an order for my niece that my sister made on the app and wasn’t able to come because of post surgery. I noticed it was busy and I didn’t mind it at first but after 25 minutes I noticed nobody working there acknowledged any of the customers coming in waiting for orders . Somebody made a comment to the worker that there should be some acknowledgment to customers . He shrugged and said “you see my screen it’s busy” . After 10minutes , I approached him and asked about my order only for him to tell me they need the phone present to pick up the food. Horrible experience, no consideration of people’s time .had I been acknowledged from the beginning, I would’ve known I can’t pick up an order without the app being present . Which in all seriousness , there is rules and I get that. but the lack of empathy, unprofessionalism, and inconsideration of other people’s time is flat out wrong . Be better
