Despite telling them at the register for after our meal, twice the staff made our shake before we requested so it wasn’t the best it could be. (“Freddy’s”will let you wait till you’re done and make it fresh)

The floors were dirty, the Mac and cheese is burnt with very little noodles (they say it’s grilled), the fries and burgers are served with dripping grease. My kids didn’t even want to eat it. Idk what happened but I never had this experience here. Must be new management. Either way I won’t be back…

He was extremely patient with us while my son was deciding what to eat and he walked me through downloading the app to receive an additional $5 off!! In addition, we ordered a milkshake but I didn't want it until after we ate (the shake would've taken precedence over the actual food with a toddler) so he allowed us to eat and came to our table to check on us when we were almost done to see if we were ready for it! The gentleman that brought out our food was extremely friendly as well. The food came out quick and hot and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A great experience for my son and I all around!

Casual / quality food with REAL silverware and non/plastic food trays. Napkins and condiments right on table. Counter ordering with table delivery. Delish and clean with good pricing. Ineoukd say fast food prices but I really think it’s less with better value. Had “à little” scarey experience where , becsuse (dont want TMI) but because of a “tooth situation” sometimes don’t chew my food well enough. Had a “little” “choking moment” and employee/nice/nice guy (Danielle) (mgr?) was right there asking if I was ok with genuine urgency and empathy. I was and when I was leaving Danielle came out from behind the counter and asked if I was sure I was ok. Did I mention that their darn hotdogs are the best I ever had? 5 or 6 different varieties . Im hooked on the cowboy and have to take half home. We will be back. Thank you Danielle and Smashburger. Good menu, good food and good hire. Wayne s
