    Worst Pizza Hut location in the valley. You add extra cheese, change the dough, they can never get it right. Garbage pizza don’t ever order from this location

    Whoever is running this store needs to crackdown. I give the benefit of the doubt if something is wrong occasionally, but this store prides itself one being dysfunctional. Order pan pizza get traditional. Order wings get almost no sauce. Pizza cut like a drunk toddler. Or how about the time I go pick up at said time and wait almost an hour later in store cause they have to heat up the oil. I am patient but I am done here.

    I just has the worst pizza of my entire life. I thought there was no way a pizza could be bad. After all, it is just bread, tomato sauce, and cheese. I was wrong! This pizza was the absolute worst. My house guest ordered a Hawaiian pizza (pineapple, pepperoni, and ham). When we finally arrived home and opened the box, we could not find any of these ingredients. There were a couple of slivers of pineapple and a few undistinguishable slices of some type of meat but we could neither taste them or figure out what they were. While I did not leave a tip on our online order page, I did leave a $5.00 tip when I signed the credit card charge clip, at pickup. Not sure whether or not this had anything to do with the type of service we received but I was completely disappointed. All in all, $22.00 for a terrible pizza, with a $5.00 tip. That's $27.00 for the worst pizza of my life. I will never purchase a pizza from Pizza Hut again. Steer clear of this location.

    This is the 2nd time that I have placed a carry out order and the time I have been given to pick up the food have been 20+ minutes later than what I was originally told. Very frustrating that I order ahead and still have to wait for food when it should be done.
