  WORST SERVICE EVER I ORDERED ONLINE AND WAS INFORMED ORDER ORWDER WOULD ARRIVE AT 12:17pm however deliver was passed on to DoorDash and it arrived at 1:15pm I called the store and was put on hold only to have call disconnected 3 times!’ I called again was passed on to their customer service line and was informed my issue would be escalated to regional manager named Rushki to process my refund!!! However no call back has been made!!! As the customer I can’t believe I have to jump through hoops just to get a refund!!!! I will be escalating this to corporate!!! Worst location EVER!!!!

  I ordered a large supreme pizza , they failed to inform me that the store was out of green peppers so I received a pizza with pepperoni sausage and just a few onions. When I called they claimed it said they were out green peppers, it did not. I even called the store before I arrived and asked to take off the mushrooms they could've told me then, but didn't. I called the store and the lady who claimed to be the gm hung up on me. She refuses to refund my pizza, we are visiting from Cali and I cannot be taking an Uber back and forth from pizza hut. I asked to refund the pizza and we will go to a different pizza hut that has green peppers and she refused unless I took back the pizza, like I said we are from out of town, to go back and forth for something they dont have when they had several chances to inform me they were out of certain toppings for my pizza is absurd. The lady was rude and refused to refund me I even offered to take the pizza to the other pizza hut store we r now on our way to and she shut that down. But the fact za mamanger hung up on me is ridiculous.

  Always have ordered pizzas from this Hut, Today I did another online order Super Supreme Lg, pizza but this time I got a stomach ache, from this pizza. And that's the only thing I had to eat all day. And now I call this Pizza Hut 2600 W Sahara. I had expressed what had happened to me, but instead of being understanding or even have a little integrity, No they gave me the run arounds for 30 minutes. Had talked to 3 different Mgr's They asked me for receipts, Then finally the last Mgr. Tell me he can't do anything for me and this situation. Because for me, To have food poisoning it would take 24 hours. This guy is sick in the head, Dang!! This representing person, when asked for name didn't want to give his name and then said (Chris) with no employee number? I said I would like to return the pizza, And he tells me no can do Because I eat the pizza, I told him a had eaten just two pieces of the pizza. This was so Judgmental, No class at all.
