    I am writing to report an issue with my recent Pizza Hut order and the handling of it by the store manager, Dan. I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app earlier today. Because I am currently sick and had not eaten all day, I called the store to request assistance when my original pizza arrived incorrectly. I spoke with Dan, (Daniel) who offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement. I want to be clear that I am allergic to cheese. My original pizza arrived with cheese on it, so a replacement was made. I order my pizza the same way every time: barbecue sauce only, no cheese, as I cannot eat red sauce or cheese. When the replacement pizza arrived, it had no sauce at all—only meat. I called the store again to explain the issue, but Dan stated there was nothing he could do and that I would need to bring the pizza into the store in order to receive a refund. Given that I am sick and ordered delivery for that reason, requiring me to come into the store is unreasonable. Additionally, this was the second incorrect order, despite clear dietary restrictions that were communicated and are reflected in my order history.
