Fine, I’m sure even regular pizza delivery drivers make more than one delivery. The issue is, regular drivers keep the pizza in a hot bag so your pizza still arrives hot. This driver did not use a hot bag so by the time she did her two other orders our pizzas were nearly cold. Also, I wanted to be handed my order and through multiple confirmations of my order I DID NOT select contactless, however, she still arrived, placed our pizza on the ground and left. Did not ring our bell or knock, just left. If I had not gotten the next text that it was delivered I would not have known it was there. We’ve been ordering from this location for nearly 11 years and always had great service with their own drivers. May just have to stick with Dominos across the street.
