    Only three stars on the atmosphere because they don't have any in dining anymore and they don't have any buffets anymore and it's just not any fun like it used to be but that doesn't mean that the service isn't good in the pizza and appetizers still are not good I mean it is what it is

    TERRIBLE service! I ordered contactless pickup and when I arrived, I clicked the "I'm Here" button in my email, but no one came out. After over 5 minutes, I called and there was no answer. I tried calling two more times a few minutes apart and still, no answer. Finally I went inside, which completely defeats the purpose of offering contactless pickup. Even standing at the counter, no one came to see what I needed for over 5 minutes, until I finally saw someone walking in the back and called for them to get someone to come help me. The GM, Glori, said they were busier than expected. Too busy to give people the pizza they ordered? She wasn't too busy to have her AirPods in. This is the third time in a row where I've ordered contactless pickup from this location, not had anyone bring my pizza out to my car in 5-10 minutes of clicking the "I'm Here" button in my email, and not been able to reach them when I tried calling to have someone bring my pizza out to me. Last time I order from them.
