I asked her about a few different toppings that I wanted to see if they were in stock. When the lady said yes, I asked if I could just place my order over the phone and I would head right on over to pick it up. She took my order over the phone and when I arrived, the sundae was already bagged up waiting for me. A gentleman helped her ring the order up, and I was on about my day. I wish I had gotten their names but it was Sunday night. Thank you both for your incredible service!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
