  I am so fed-up with McDonald's Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. I tried to keep this a private complaint, by phone, to their store, but you might as well not bother, as you can't get through anyways. And, then I remembered, I had tried to call once before and couldn't get through. I am a senior and I don't do well on the computer, but felt this was important enough to try. To begin with I went through the drive-thru where it took an unreasonable amount of time to place the order, she just was not getting it right, as well she said she couldn't hear us even when we were yelling, we could hear her just fine, I think the Yarmouth location needs to invest in new headsets. My order was wrong and I wanted to check my order against the receipt but I did not get a receipt and seldom ever do. I tried to call, it just kept wringing and then, eventually, asking for my code or some such nonsense, BUT, I think it is important enough that people know that I'll be shopping at the Yarmouth Burger King from now on, for myself, though I can't disappoint my grandson when the Chicken Big MAC's are available -- he loves them, but most of the time, as long as it is chicken he is happy at any other fast food restaurant. I know that losing me as a customer is not going to hurt McDonald's but, I see that their reviews are very poor, with an average rating of 1.89 out of 5, so maybe they should step up their game!!!

  I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough latte and an oat iced coffee. He brought me two of the iced coffees because they didn’t have the chocolate chip cookie dough one anymore so I asked if he would bring me a mocha instead because I wanted a hot drink, not a cold drink and he gladly brought me a mocha.. however a latte that I purchased with the app was more expensive than a mocha so I ended up paying more and not getting what I wanted

  Price getting too high for same junk food coffee I love it that's the only thing good so far
