Honestly, this was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We ordered poutine with chicken and specifically asked for no bacon. Not only did the order still come with bacon, but the interaction at the drive-thru was super unprofessional. It was at 3:30
While I was ordering, the employee couldn’t hear me clearly — which happens, it’s a drive-thru — so my boyfriend repeated the order. Instead of just confirming it, the employee made a rude comment along the lines of “it’s better if the male speaks,” which was completely unnecessary and honestly disrespectful. That’s not how you talk to customers, ever.

Something must have happened recently because this store used to be quite a nice, decent store, but as of recent, the late night employees here seem nearly incapable of sending out an order without a mistake, as if theyre compelled to do it, regardless of how many items there are.
How is it that my burger gets replaced by nuggets on an order without nuggets, and the wrap that doesn't come with tomato, has gotten a tomato twice now?

Counter staff was officially the "Gatekeeper of the Condiments". Would only give me one mayo for my breakfast burritos combo. Insisted I would have to pay for a second one, after I already paid at the kiosk, donated extra RMH Charity, and there is no option to ask and pay for mayo at the kiosk. I was not pulling out my credit card for a second transaction for 50 cents or less, whatever the charge is.
I will never visit this store again.

Me and my boyfriend went tonight for just two drinks and a poutine they not only didn’t take our order for about 5 minutes while talking to each other with their microphones on but after that we drove up to find no one at the window for about 10 minutes the service is grace slow and I was very disappointed and then they made up pull up to the next window for us to wait another 5 minutes all for two drinks and a poutine it was outrageous

It’s actually a surprise to me when they get my order correct. Sometimes it’s the complete wrong order, sometimes it’s extra food I didn’t order. Tonight it was unsalted fries, one sauce for 10 nuggets, and no straws. I haven’t worked at McDonald’s so I can’t say for sure but it can’t be that difficult right? It is just a new batch of employees every other day? I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this place now.
Ps. Older lady @ 1st window in the mornings’ deserves an immediate paid vacation
