Waited over two hours for three meals from uber. Drivers kept dropping the order because they were waiting so long. My uber driver was very informative. They claimed they didn’t have my order, they did. When I called to inquire they kept hanging up on me. Terrible service as usual

Worst macdonalds ever. Sat in line for an hour and 30 minutes, food was cold, lady was super rude and didnt even acknowledge me. When i opened the bag, half my order was missing and it even looks like a bite was taken out of my cheeseburger. Do not go here!!! Save the 10 minutes and go to the one in bedford!!!

I ordered a Spicy Habanero Chicken meal with a large poutine, for which I paid extra. However, when I received my order, the large poutine was completely missing. I am extremely disappointed and confused as to why I was charged extra for an item that I did not received
In addition to this, my burger was made with mayonnaise, even though I specifically ordered the Spicy Habanero Chicken burger, which does not include mayo. This clearly shows a lack of attention to customer instructions.I will be attaching:Proof of payment. Photos of the meal I received.I expect a prompt response and appropriate action regarding this matter. If this issue is not addressed properly and professionally, I will be forced to consider further action, including filing a formal complaint and pursuing legal options regarding the poor service and failure to provide paid items because its third time when it happens. I called them 12 times. They didn't answer the first 11 calls, but they picked up on the 12th. The girl I spoke to was named Kyla, and I found out that the person who made my order was named Camal when I talked to them. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

Really went down hill. Food is horrible and the staff can never get the orders right. Condiments are always empty. Store is dirty inside. Always check your bag before leaving the windows. There is a 75% chance that they fooled your order up.

Again with cold food. Went thru the drive thru first mistake. Going to the left side second mistake to order. Two cars in front of me and one on the right. And we wait.........7 cars gone through the right side before the left side ordered.it took me 9? Cars to get to the order speaker (and it was blank) could barely hear the order person...then the understanding of what they said...I ordered and hoped for the best 😂 got to the pay window lovely person there told me my order (yayyyyy it was correct) and I moved up. Got coffee lickety split,had to wait for food to be completed (big Mac Grinch meal) got that off I go....open the box while waiting to exit the lot (small nightmare trying to turn left from MacDonalds in lower Sackville) and grabbed a cold tater tot...well what did I expect 🤨.. MacDonalds has gone down hill on anything hot(food wise) cause my coffee was amazing hot and good 👍. They slap together burgers I feel like no pride in what people do anymore. It still tastes good but pride in work done well is at the bottom now and it's sad to see.
