Someone back in the kitchen seems unable to read English and prepared wrong item for my order 2 times in a row, and it's the third time they have messed up my order during last 2 weeks. Before they can figure out what happened I would rather drive 5 more min to the Lacewood location

I get a tea and everything they make a mistake, my husband goes in to have it fixed and even the second time they make it wrong, third time ask for manager to get it done properly. usually I ask for no onion extra pickle and most times they get that wrong and that's even with it being run in properly and the sticker on the box reading correctly. it's maddening. and when you call phone doesn't get picked up either. and when you forget to use the app for points and ask for receipt it's happened where the points were redeemed. I emailed owner and didn't even get a response.

I ordered a medium black coffee as per usual, and was order number 843 around 9:17am on Saturday November 29th. Orders that were placed after such as 849 and 850 were served before me, and when I asked two employees if I could have my order they turned and walked away. The woman in the button up shirt who I assume is the manager was very polite and apologetic when I asked her for the order and got it right away however the other two women were dismissive and inattentive. This is not the first time this and these same employees are usually just as “helpful” as they were today. Again the same manager is usually very helpful and kind.
