I ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the drive-thru. While collecting my order, I asked for a small cup of water because I was feeling nauseous. The staff member refused to give me water unless I placed another order or went inside the store. We asked politely, but she still said no.
Really disappointing experience — something as simple as a cup of water shouldn’t be this hard.

This McDonald's has gotten in the habit of scrapping onions off burgers, which in term, takes off some of the actual hamburger off. It's been like this for months now. Something needs to change, I don't pay to have some of my burger missing because I don't like onions!

They don’t have a pop dispenser! Not cool for so many reasons. I’m diabetic and need to ensure I didn’t received regular cola. I bring my own cup to refill saving them $ for lids, cups and straws - not to mention the environment. The markup on pop is extravagant and they don’t offer refills.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location during the night shift. The night crew member named Arnab was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask about my order, he completely ignored me at first. I then made a polite hand gesture to get his attention, but he responded rudely instead of assisting me.
Later, when I decided to cancel one of my orders, Arnab told me that I “didn’t make a nice gesture” and refused to serve me entirely, which is completely unacceptable behavior for someone working in customer service. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at McDonald’s before, and this incident really affected my confidence in this location’s night staff.
I hope the management looks into this matter seriously and provides proper training or disciplinary action so that other customers don’t face the same issue in the future.

I arrived at McDonald’s around 11:40 or 11:50 p.m. and placed my order through the app, choosing the *parking lot pickup* option. I ordered quite a lot of food, so I understood it might take some time to prepare. However, I ended up waiting until 12:30 a.m.— and still received nothing.
At 12:20, the order was still showing “in preparation,” but when I checked again around 12:30, it suddenly showed as “completed”and I had already been mcharged. When I went inside to ask, an male staff member told me—very confidently—that they “don’t provide that service after midnight.”
Excuse me, but I didn’t place the order after midnight. No one came to explain or apologize. Was this some kind of punishment for the customer?
If you don’t offer parking pickup after midnight, why does the app still allow the order and take payment instead of canceling it on the spot so I could have lined up earlier? I followed the staff’s instructions and drove around again to pick up the order, and here’s the most unbelievable part: as I was leaving, that same staff member told me I should “not choose parking pickup next time if it’s close to midnight.”
Instead of doing his job properly, he was busy teaching customers how to behave. How arrogant! I was extremely upset. This wasn’t just poor service — it felt like intentional negligence. I waited nearly 40–50 minutes, only to be treated rudely and receive no apology.
I sincerely hope the management team takes this seriously and improves staff training. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior damages the McDonald’s brand. Customers are not your enemies — I waited patiently for almost an hour because I respected how busy you were. But can your employees show the same respect in return?
