Ordered 3 regular Oreo McFlurry, but the Oreo chunks were only mixed on the top layer. The rest of the ice cream was just plain vanilla with no mix-ins - felt uneven and disappointing for the price we went back and complaint about it and manger said he can not do anything (ordered on nov 11 at 11:45 pm)

MacDonald’s is not what it used to be. It is not now a quick fast food excursion, always reliable with regards to service and quality of product. Breakfast at 7 AM through the drive-through this morning, barely anyone there, get home and both sandwiches were absent of the meat. So an egg and bacon McMuffin without the bacon and a sausage and egg McMuffin without the sausage. And both English muffin buns looked like they were fresh two days ago. No quality control whatsoever. I contemplated cooking my own bacon and adding to it, but I thought, no, this is my hard earned money so got back in the car, went back up to McDonald’s and got a refund. It’s one thing when the communication of what you’re ordering isn’t understood, it’s another when the expectation of a quality product that’s been consistent for decades no longer exists. I’m not sure if it’s just this McDonald’s or all of them in this new decade, because I had a similar experience with the one in Dartmouth crossing. I don’t eat at McDonald’s often, thankfully, because I will not be Visiting the two locations I’ve identified here. It’s not a loss.
