We rarely eat here, but we did tonight and it wasn’t any better. Both burgers looked like they’d been tossed into the box sideways (see picture), and all the toppings had slid to the bottom of the box. Half way through my burger I found a chunk of pink, slimy meat which I’m unsure if it was raw or fat but I didn’t finish it. We get the occasional McFlurry from this location as well, and they’re never filled. Tonight my husband’s had twice as much as mine. When I brought it inside to bring it to their attention, the employee at the counter was rude, defensive, and insisted that my husband “just had too much” in his. Overall, the quality and customer service at this location continue to decline. This has become a consistently disappointing experience.
