I took a group of girlfriends to Herve Wine Bar for a girls’ night out and it exceeded every expectation. The space is warm and beautifully appointed — intimate enough for conversation but lively enough to feel like an event. The live music was a highlight and created the perfect atmosphere for the evening. Most importantly, the wine list is exceptional: some of the best wine in Santa Fe!
The manager Victor went above and beyond — he greeted us warmly, recommended perfect wines for our group, checked in throughout the night, and handled our seating and requests with ease so we could relax and enjoy the evening. — highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or any night you want to feel a little special.

My partner and I were visiting from out of state and I this place was truly the highlight of our vacation! We came back 2 days in a row because we loved it so much. All the staff was great but Victor was our guy!! He was so great attentive fun and made amazing suggestions! We left with 6 bottle of wine to bring back home with us! We will come back here anytime we are in town!! We miss it already and wish we were closer!! We will be back soon!!!

Definitely a must do if you’re in Santa Fe! Les Combes winery is the largest winery in New Mexico. Their wines are incredible. Honorable mention to the limited release Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, and the Malbec. Every wine I had was exceptional and the atmosphere was cool, comfortable, with all of the best tunes.
Angel made the experience as memorable as it was. He was so helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable. He is such an asset to this place. I’m so glad I got to experience his hospitality because it certainly made my trip!

I had the meatloaf and the Limited flight. Both were excellent and a wonderful introduction to New Mexico wines. My server Leslie was attentive, friendly, and excellent. Samantha the manager also came over to provide some more background on the wines and winery and to check in which was a pleasant surprise.
Prices were very reasonable and good portion sizes. Overall I would highly recommend you stop by if you're in Santa Fe!

We were delighted to discover this supposed hidden gem, a charming if cacophonous for conversation spot. We had reservations for 6:00pm but the youthful and apparently untrained reception staff looked hunted at the very idea so we waited 15-20 minutes while they figured it out. (Not their fault, that's on management and insufficient training.) Eager service but s-l-o-w, we had to wave servers down with reminders. Highly touted wines were merely okay, nothing exceptional, high hopes dashed. The Chimayo pork chops were tasty but overcooked, therefore dry, a sin against gastronomy. NM pasta was merely acceptable. Overall, it was overpriced for the experience and cuisine. Tourists may love it because they're on vacation and are primed to love everything Santa Fe but we're locals and expect better. We won't be back but will spread the word because apparently we're not their target audience.
