They used doordash to deliver, which if I would've known this I wouldn't have ordered delivery. Anyways, by the time I got my food it was subpar! I called and shared my experience. The lady was nice and apologized and was willing to grant me a refund. I decided not to go that route and just agreed to a credit for my next order which i paid $34.70. 3 days later I placed an order totaling over $50. I then asked to use my credit which I was instructed that I must apply it upon checkout and have to order online. I seen my food waiting there so I went and started ordering it online. When I went to apply my credit it wasn't available. I then went in and asked the lady to show me where I apply it as there wasn't the option. Then another worker said I have to do it with my phone number which I tried to do initially!! Mind you my order has been sitting there for over 20mins while I'm trying to do this. They finally found the credit but it was only for $24. When I asked she said I only get credit for the order, not the doordash charge that I paid for. At this time I'm thinking how I should've just got a refund instead of credit. 30 some minutes later I was finally able to procure my order. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!!!

What I got in both boxes wasn’t even the whole melt. I got one half in oven box and the other half in the other box. They were sooo overcooked, dry, hard, and just outright inedible. I called to see what happened to the other half’s and why are they so over cooked and they apologized for their mistake, that I should’ve gotten 2 whole melts in each box. Long story short, he made it right. I’m very please with the customer service. Food was crap though.

While my order was being taken by him, he was nearly impossible to hear, aggressive and threatening in his speech, specially when I took longer than 2 seconds to answer one of his questions. He interrupted our prayer at our table and was constantly eyeing us down while we ate. Food was decent.
