The staff in the back were loudly engaged in their own conversation, making the wait even more irritating. After finally receiving my wrap and heading to my vehicle, I returned to use the restroom, only to find it barricaded off. When I inquired about it, the employee told me it was broken, but then said someone was in there and I had to wait. This contradictory response was both confusing and infuriating. As a customer who had traveled over an hour, I simply wanted to use the restroom, and the refusal left me completely fed up. It's frustrating when businesses lock their restrooms, especially when you've spent your hard-earned money there. 02/21/2025 . These people are still idiots. I did a mobile order and I walked in and my Boston cream was in the same bag as my hot sandwich. Long story short my donut was a mess because of these people. The store needs to be removed from the owners
