  I’ve been here less than 5 times and each time without a doubt my order is incorrect and the staff is unfriendly. They will argue with you when you attempt to correct their mistake by requesting what you paid for.

  Ummm why are they walking around so slow as if they don’t have a line outside and people waiting in the lobby. Smh.

  I went to use the restroom and was given a key by the worker at the front desk. Two mins sitting down on the toilet, a worker began knocking at the door, asking me for the key back. I told her they would need to wait a minute as I was using the bathroom. 30 seconds later, they began to yell and say they need the key back now. I began yelling back through the door that I cannot do that and that they will need to wait! Another 30 seconds later, they began to pound on the door, saying that they need the key back. I once again said I will get it back to them once I am finished! Once I finished, I walked out and they were waiting outside the door! I let them know that that was extremely rude, and they need to have two keys or open the door for the customer if they only have 1 for both bathrooms! This situation could’ve been avoided! And the way that this was handled was absolutely disgusting! I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again and I advise anybody else from going there either!

  Hashbrowns where disgusting they tasted like they sat out and got heated up they where awful
