- TFTylere FrittsOct 20, 20255.0Sometimes dealing with places like this can be difficult when some a lids not on properly or someone miss hears you and after my drinks lid wasn’t on properly and spilled on myself, manager Kelsey replenished me and was able to help clean up the mess with giving me a surplus of napkins but most important helped. No judgement but just a good person helping another person after a mistake. Things happen and Kelsey went above and beyond helping!! (Most managers would have not been like Kelsey. Ina time in our lives when we need more Kelsey’s, be a Kelsey!)
