The food is spectacular and the ambiance is just as delightful. That being said, today I had a very poor and truly disheartening experience with the customer service. The man with the dark hair, tattoos, etc. was extremely kind to the individuals he served prior to me, but for what ever reason was disrespectful once I had come up to order. I don't know what happened; I have come here multiple times and interacted with him and never experienced anything like this. I don't know if it was just an off day, or if perhaps I had done something to upset him, or what happened, but the degree to which I was disrespected with a rude tone, facial expressions, etc. truly caught me off guard. I wish this cafe the best, but don't know that I will be returning as a result.

Great espresso and a truly impressive bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. I’m told the secret is they are all made with love and respect, can’t find any fault in that when it generates a product this good.
