I drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick up this order, got home, and opened the box to find pepperoni on my pizza even though I never ordered pepperoni and it wasn’t on the receipt. I’m Muslim and can’t eat pork, so the food was completely useless to me. My last name, Mohamad, is clearly printed on the receipt, which should have made it obvious that extra care was needed. When I called the store to explain, they didn’t offer to remake the pizza. Instead, they refunded only $10 and left me with no meal after wasting my time and gas. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. The customer service is awful and they clearly don’t care.

He drove far out of his way, got all the way home, opened the box, and that’s when we realized the mistake. At that point the night was already ruined. When we called, the only thing they offered was a refund. No offer to remake the pizza, no free replacement, no attempt to make it right after wasting our time and gas. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional and talking back, like we were the problem for pointing out their mistake. The attitude was unnecessary and rude. Religiously we CANNOT consume pork, so this was a big let down for us ! Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was awful. Customer service was terrible, and there was zero accountability. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. ( the 3 star rating speaks volumes , listen to it and DONT go there !!!)
