I kept coming back here because of convenience but if it wasn't simply for that I would go definitely go somewhere else. One time it took me forever to place my order because a woman was yelling at the cashier to give her a free box of donuts and he eventually complied and let her walk all over him. I do feel bad because this place can get super busy in the morning, but if you're going out of your way to go to a Dunkin in the area, it's probably for the best to ignore this one and go somewhere else.
