We ordered a small pie and two orders of wings—one buffalo, one chili Asian. The chicken came out undercooked and unsafe to eat. When we asked about our pizza, the staff casually said it was “still pending” because they had a lot of orders, despite us dining in. No one checked on us, no one cared about our table, and the overall attitude was dismissive. Between the undercooked food and the complete lack of service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Spoke to a lady who said that the manager doesn’t have time to talk and then you’re gonna have to call back. The lady on the phone also said that I should not have emailed the store that I should’ve called them when I had a problem. finally, I called back after the lady hung up on me. Spoke to the lady and she said that I could hold on, but the manager was very busy. Then the manager came on the phone and offered to make me another order of wings. Not sure how these wings are gonna turn out. It’s almost like they didn’t trust me. I complimented their pizza and their sandwich that they made, but told him that the wings were not the best.
