  I have to say I have been shopping at this location since it opened. Angelo, the store manager brings culture to his establishment! I am a manager myself of a technology company, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted. At my store, customers come in, and we greet them. It’s a nice feeling to know the staff at this location are there to assist, and to build rapport. Great people, solid business, phenomenal ecosystem with their operational cadence. Well done to the upper management putting the right people in place to have a positive impact.

  Came at 9:58, they close at 10:00 they didn’t let me in to buy what we needed. That shows that the employees don’t care

  Dave who is one of the managers at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me rectify my situation Dave and his staff are on point when it comes to customer service and that is key to keeping customers like me and future customers like you very happy as well as trustworthy and I will continue to shop from them from this day forward. Sometimes mistakes are made that's all poor being human will you make mistakes but when they make a mistake they are hands down the best company ever when it comes to pleasing their customers I absolutely love the store and I will continue to shop here as well as refer them to all my friends and family. So if you want to shop add a location that you can trust then you need look no further super Bi-Rite in Silverton is your liquor store to go to don't make you feel at home here I can't praise them enough you need to go see this for yourself and you will say oh my God John that's me thank you and we were shop here from Here on too as well. I say thank God for american-owned companies like this one who treat fellow Americans with respect. One more thing the prices here are phenomenal you cannot go wrong with this establishment. The only way you will be able to know this is if you go there yourself and shop.

  The beer needs to be colder or perhaps the rotation skills are lacking. Miller lite, bud lite 30 packs are always warm.
