    This is the worst McDonald's! Every time we get food from there at least 1 food item is wrong or missing. It clearly says no ketchup, mustard, or onions extra pickles. This time we got burgers with ketchup but zero pickles. This isn't a one off either. It happens similar to this EVERY time

    When you do a mobile order app, you shouldn't have to wait when you go and pick up your food.\nEspecially when it's fifteen minutes later , it should be ready

    Avoid this Mcdonalds at all cost. Rude Managers they talk about you in Spanish and laugh thinking we dont know what they are saying. Order my son a frappe, they gave him strawberry whip cream instead of normal. My son does not like strawberry. When i asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager in Spanish said tell him we only have strawberry cause cancer month. There was a regular whipcream bottle right infront of the machine. I asked for no whipcream then, they said they can the machine is now down. Still has Monopoly signs up saying play here. All month they didnt give out any play pieces. Employees said Owner is cheap he wont buy new packaging materials. All the materials were from 10 yrs ago. One employee felt bad and got me 3 cards with pieces on them. Manager came out yelling at her saying there not for customers. Who are they for then. Please force this owner out they give Mcdonalds a bad name. P.s. cant even prove i made a purchase to corporate cause machines never have reciept paper in them its always empty. Again employees said owner is trying to save money. Napkins are hiding behind counter like fort knocks
