    The food at Joe’s is always fantastic. The one in West Long Branch is my go to place when I’m at work. I went to the one on Fischer and #1 they had foul music with profanity blasting out of the drive through while I had my 3 year old in the car, and #2 they got my order wrong. I ordered two of the Joe’s Stack (3) pancakes ($8.95x2 for 6) when I got home, they gave me two stacks of 2. I called and they told me I ordered the short stack (2 pancakes for $9.50 each??) which wasn’t on the online menu when I looked. I called back and then they said the phone was muffled and they thought I said the short stack, but they will give me 2 extras. When I went back, I walked in to check the menu and see if there was a short stack on the menu inside and there wasn’t. The pancakes were really good, just next time just say you made a mistake and fix it.

    Great breakfast sandwiches. First time there today. Recommend. Staff was nice too. Will be back. Plus saw they have a drive thru. That will come in handy on way to work.

    The people who work here are unbelievably rude and should not be in the food service business. This has been multiple times. It’s a shame because the food is decent.

    This place sucks. I used to really like going here, but every time I go, the staff is so insanely rude. The food is alright, but I won’t be coming back to this location again. Don’t waste your time because every employee has an attitude and rarely ever smiles or makes you feel welcome. I recommend going to literally any other bagel place in the area—you’ll be treated better!
