The maple bacon cheddar sandwich was slightly burnt. The caramel frozen iced coffee was good. There were two Dunkin’ Donuts workers on site during my experience, one woman seemed to be scared of me, although I was only there working For my remote job. The other woman asked me to leave at 5 PM although the dining area closes at 6 PM while I would recommend many Dunkin’ Donuts, this will not be a Dunkin’ Donuts that I recommend. I hope they can improve their services which may have a great effect on their ROI.

No, no… it was luke warm… but in a cold beverage plastic cup. I asked for ice and was denied, unless I wanted to pay for the up charge. Two employees asked me multiple times how I ordered( in person / online)?? I ordered online and I already paid $6 for this small beverage. I told them it is warm, wanted cold. Is this normal? Is nitro not iced coffee? Do we pay extra for a cup of ice??
