- ATAiden TursoOct 31, 20251.0Easily one of the worst McDonalds I have been to. The food is always cold and stale, never fresh. The food somehow still takes forever even though it's been sitting out. A lot of the time my food will even be brown and mushy. The staff are rude and dismissive. I even tried to give this location multiple tries to see if it was just a one time thing. It wasn't. I would rather drive another 15 mins or so out of my way to go to any other McDonalds or restaurant in general. Just to avoid these issues at this restaurant. All of the other locations in the this area do not have these issues.

The food came out lukewarm, not fresh at all,My chicken nuggets were burned. The service wasn’t much better. The cashier/ manager seemed rushed and uninterested, barely making eye contact, and it took way too long for my online order. I get that fast food isn’t supposed to be gourmet, but at the very least it should be hot, and fresh. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s didn’t meet even those basic expectations.
